Ground chicken spaghetti sauce


.5 k ground chicken
1 piece of celery
1 large carrot 
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 can of whole mushroom
1tbs Epicure sun-kissed tomato
1tbs butter
1tbs Epicure 3 onion
1 tbs Epicure minced garlic
1-2 tbs Arrabbiata (depending how spicy you want it)
1 tbs marinara
1/2 tsp Epicure Harissa
1/2 cup clamato juice
2 large can dice tomatos
1 can tomato soup


Melt butter and cook onions and celery until tender. Meantime chop up carrots and pepper and slice whole mushrooms in halves. Add everything to the onions and let simmer for about 1-2 hours. 

Add sauce on some zuchinni pasta and top with some shredded cheese ;-)

Pesto and tomato chicken



3-4 chicken breast
Prepared recipe of Epicure Pesto
2-3 tomato depending on size
Epicure 3 onion, or french onion dip mix
Epicure All pupose seasoning salt
Shredded cheese

Add chicken in a oven safe bowl. Coat with Epicure Pesto, top it off with all purpose seasoning as well as some 3 onion dip mix. Top the chicken with slices of tomato then shredded cheese.


Cook at 400 degree for 45-50 min depending on size of chicken breast. Serve with veggies also add 1/4 cup rice to have a balanced meal ;-)

Epicure chicken ceasar salad

Chicken breast
Romain letuce
Croutons
Shredded cheese
Epicure caesar dressing mix and a prepared mix
Epicure bacon topper
Epicure maple bacon salt and pepper


Sauter chicken sliced in small strips, top off with Epicure caesar mix powder and Epicure maple bacon salt and pepper to taste.

Place lettuce, croutons, shredded cheese,  Epicure smokey bacon topper, add chicken then top with Epicure prepared caesar salad dressing.

Pasta salad



500 g Pasta
1 cup mayo
1 tbs Epicure vegetable base (not prepared)
1 tbs Epicure 3 onion
1 tbs Epicure mac & cheese seasoning
2 tbs Epicure big burger spice
Epicure All purpouse seasoning  

Cook pasta, add everything but all purpouse seasoning, mix well and let set. When cooled serve topped with all purpouse seasoning .

Easy seafood omelet

2 eggs
1 tsp Epicure 3 onion
1 tbs milk
Seafood
Cheese
Salt and pepper
Epicure Omelet maker

Mix 2 eggs and milk, butter your omelet maker and add the egg mix in it. Top with 3 onion, add any seafood of your choice, salt pepper to taste and then cheese.

Cook in microwave for 2 min (depending on microwave).

Easy balsamic pork tenderloin with rosemary potatoes

Pork tenderloin
Epicure prepared balsamic vinaigrette
mini potatoes
1 tbs epicure french onion
1 tsp Epicure Rosemary oven fries
salt pepper to taste



Cut pork tenderloin in slices. Prepare balsamic vinaigrette and marinate pork tenderloin in it.









Meanwhile cut mini potatoes in 2 and place in pan, cook with french onion and rosemary spices, salt an pepper.



In a frying pan place your pork tenderloin salt and pepper to taste and cook.

Add your favorite veggies and serve.

Easy Tea biscuit breakfast

1 tea biscuit
1 egg
1 slice of cheese
1 slice of ham
Epicure cheese chive and bacon
Epicure Maple Bacon Salt and pepper
Epicure Egg poacher



 Add cheese chive and bacon salt and pepper with the egg and mix, place in Epicure Egg poacher, cook in microwave for about 40 sec depending on microwave.
Toast tea biscuit, and then just top egg, cheese and ham on biscuit and enjoy!  ;-)

Easy mussels

3-4 pounds of mussles
1 beer
1-2 tbs Epicure Caesar dressing (powder not prepared)
1-2 tbs Epicure 3 onion dip mix
1 tsp Epicure mince Garlic


Put everything together and cook, when mussles open leave about 5 min and they are cooked. Keep some of the juices to dip your mussles in it. You can also add more of the Caesar dressing powder if you want to add more taste to the juice.

Easy maple salmon

salmon
maple syrup
lemon juice
Epicure Salmon and fish rub (or Epicure Seafood and fish spice)
Epicure black pepper
Epicure Fisherman's sea salt

Put salmon in oven safe dish.
drizzle  some lemon juice over salmon
then drizzle maple syrup
top with Epicure Salmon and Fish rub
and add Fisherman's salt and pepper to taste

Cook for about 45 min at 360 degree, till salmon is flaky.

Easy Sheppard pie

1 pound of hamburg
2 can's of cream of corn
4-5 potatoes depending on size
2 tbs Epicure 3 onion dip mix
Epicure smoked paprika
milk and butter


Cook hamburg with 3 onion dip mix seasoning.


Boil potatoes then mash them with some milk and butter until smooth.



Now, layer in a lasagna pan bottom of pan with potatoes, then add cooked hamburg, add the can's of cream of corn and then another layer of potatoes on top. once fully covered, sprinkle the paprika on top.

Cook in oven for about 1 hour at 350 until top is browned a bit. Let cool and serve!

My kids favorite meal.. :-)

Strawberry banana smoothy

1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Greek vanilla or plain yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries kiwi juice
1 tsp Epicure summer berry  mix (optional)

Blend together and serve!

Morning apple pear smoothy

Get your morning started right! :-)

1 apple
1 pear
1/2 cup greek vanila ou plain yogurt
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tsp Epicure Apple cranberry cheese ball mix
or Epicure sweet coconut lime (optional)
 Using frozen fruits are better, you can use fresh ones cut in pieces and then freeze them. Have them already portioned so it's a quick an easy morning breakfast. If you have Epicure seasonings you can add to the fruits as shown on pictures when you freeze them or just add to the yogurt and juice before blending.


 Add everything in blender always put your liquids first, helps to blend better, add everything else and then mix  and enjoy!

Easy Pesto Salmon

1 large Salmon or 4 strips
1/4 cup Epicure Pesto
1/4 cup olive oil
lemon
Epicure fisherman's seasalt (or any sea salt)
Epicure black pepper
Epicure Salmon and Fish rub



Mix Oil,  Pesto and a squirt of lemon together and generously place on top of salmon. Top with Salt pepper and Salmon and Fish rub.







Cook in oven 375 for about 15 min, until salmon is flaky.

Mango Curry Chubby Chicken Pieces

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
2. Slice chicken into large cubes. Spoon ½ Mango Curry Dip into a large bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat.
3. In a plastic bag, mix panko with Sea Salt and Pepper.
4. Working with 1–2 pieces at a time, add chicken to bag. Shake to coat evenly. Place on Epicure Baking Sheet lined with Epicure Silicone Baking Mat.
5. Roast until coating is golden and crispy and chicken is cooked through, 15–20 minutes. Dish up with remaining Mango Curry Dip for dunking.

Easy cream cheese for dipping pretzels or as frosting



1 block philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbs milk
1tsp Epicure Vanilla
1 cup Icing sugar


Mix all ingredients with a mixer until well blended and serve.

Great with Pretzels, or as cake topping.

Epicure red pepper jelly grill cheese and ham sandwich

Epicure red pepper jelly 
Butter
2 slice of bread
1 slice of cheese
1 slice of ham
Butter one bread and put in frying pan buttered side down, add slice of cheese and slice of ham. Now the tricky part...lol  put Epicure's red pepper jelly on one side and then butter on the other side of your bread, red pepper jelly side goes on the inside and butter on outside.




 Now grill until nice and golden on both side. Serve!

Clam pies (Paté aux Palourde)

2 mason jar of clams
2 large onions
3 pie shell
butter
1 tsp Epicure 3 Onion
1 tsp Epicure French Onion
1 tsp Epicure Herb and Garlic
1 tbs parsley
Pepper to taste





Start by chopping your onions, and add about 2-3 tbs butter and cook onions, adding the 3 onion, french onion herb and garlic and pepper.











Cut potatoes and measure in your pie crust, don't over fill cause remember you will have the clams and juice and onions that will also be added.



I use pre made crust to save time and mess.. :-)













 Once onion are almost cooked, add the juices from the clam mason jars.




Then add the potatoes and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
















 Then add Clams. Fill your pies and cook till crust is ready. 350 degree

Easy Beef stew with Dumplings

1 lbs beef cubes
2 onions
3-4 carrottes
1 cup turnip
4 cups potatoes
flour
1 tbs Epicure Mince Garlic
3 tbs Epicure French onion dip mix
1 tsp Beef and steak seasoning
1 tsp Epicure Montreal Steak rub
1 tsp Epicure Black Pepper
1 tsp Epicure butches block salt
4 cups prepared Epicure beef bouillon
1 tbs butter
1 tsp Epicure all purpose seasoning

Dumplings

1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp Epicure baking powder
1/2 tsp Epicure Seasalt
3/4 cup milk
2 tbs butter

  Start off by roasting your onions a bit with French onion, pepper salt, beef and steak, Montreal steak spice and Mince garlic in some olive oil, place this in a large pot.

Using same pan, now flour your meat and roast all around of your meat a little bit in olive oil. Add to your pot.

Add tbs spoon butter and 1 1\2 tbs flour in the same pan and mix to incorporate all the taste left in pan. Then add the beef bouillon to the mixture and bring to a boil while mixing to incorporate the flour mixture to the bouillon. Put in large pot.



Add all your vegetables and bring to a simmer until vegetables are all cooked and the bouillon has thicken.

Mix butter flour salt and baking powder until well mixed, add mix. Let stand for 10 min, then place balls of the mixture in your pot, cover and let simmer 20 min.

Easy Stuffed Peppers

1 pound ground beef 
1/2 cup uncooked rice
6 green bell peppers
1 cans tomato sauce (14oz)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
1 tsp Epicure minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Epicure Little Italy
1 tsp Epicure french Onion 
1 onion diced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cook Rice, cook the beef with onion, and seasoning (french onion, garlic, Worcestershire, salt and peper) until evenly browned.
  3. Remove and discard the tops, seeds, and membranes of the bell peppers. Arrange peppers in a baking dish with the hollowed sides facing upward. (Slice the bottoms of the peppers if necessary so that they will stand upright.) Or cut in half as show in pictures.
  4. In a bowl, mix can of tomato sauce with Little Italy, set aside about 5 ounces for basting.
  5. Add remaining sauce to the browned beef, cooked rice. Spoon an equal amount of the mixture into each pepper.
  6. Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, basting with sauce every 15 minutes, until the peppers are tender. Then add cheese on top and cook till cheese is melted
