1 Roast
1 large onion
2 cups water
1 tbs Epicure Beef and steak seasoning
1 tbs Epicure sundried tomato
2 tbs Epicure 3 onion
2 tbs Epicure French onion
to taste Epicure Maple Bacon Seasalt and pepper
top with All purpose seasoning
Add all in slow cooker and cook.
Once roast cooked, Remove, mix 2 tbs of corn starch with a bit of water just to dissolved the corn starch and add it with the juices. Let the slow cooker on high and it will thicken to make your gravy without getting another pot dirty.
Serve with Mash potatoes, and veggies cooked in Epicure steamer.
