Easy Omelet

peppers
onion
mushrooms
ham
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Epicure 3 onion
Epicure cheese chives and bacon
Epicure Maple Bacon seasalt and Pepper
Shredded cheese

Start by cooking your veggies with spices so they are already soft, you can add ham and anything you want in your omelet even shrimp, lobster or crab is really good. (for the quantity of veggies seen, I put about 1 tbs of each 3 onion and cheese chives and bacon)


Once all cooked, remove and put in a bowl, and mix, 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk, put eggs mixture in pan and add veggies to half of the eggs.







top off with shredded cheese, let cook until egg is cooked and can easily be flipped.



Flip over to cover the veggies and cheese, and let cook a little bit just so the cheese melts well and serve.

If you are having trouble flipping, cut it in half and will make it easier.

Then serve and enjoy!
