Easy Chicken fried Basmati rice



Cook rice for those that don't cook basmati rice, the easiest way is in a pyrex container 2 cups rice, 3 cups water and cook with cover on in microvave for 15 min. Let set aside.



2 chicken breast
3 piece of shallots
1 large carotte
1 can peas
2 eggs
2 tsp Epicure teriyaki seasoning
2 tsp Epicur Herb and Garlic
3 tsp Epicure French onion dip
2 tsp Epicure All purpose seasoning

2 tbs soya sauce
2 tbs olive oil


Dice chicken, shallots, carrot, add them all in wok with olive oil. Add spices but only 1 tbs of Epicure All purpose Seasoning.  Cook until chicken and carrots are cooked, once almost cook, add the 2 eggs and mix well until the eggs are also cooked.


 Then add the rice and the other tbs Epicure All purpose seasoning, peas and soya sauce and let fry for another 10-15 min mixing often until all cooked as wanted.














Epicure wok is amazing and can be also put in the oven, very durable and cooks beautifully. A must have!!
