Corn Beef Salad

1/2 cup Mayonaise
1 small onion, or 2 strands of shallots
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup peppers
3 boiled eggs
1 tbs Epicure 3 onion dip mix
1 tsp Epicure all purpose seasoning salt
1 can corn beef

1 package lemon Jello
1 cup boiling water




Mix all ingredients together, in a separate bowl mix boiling water and jello together, then mix together.
Add in a bowl to let set. I use a an angel cake mold and add saran wrap on the bottom so it comes out easier. 

Once set, put in serving plate and enjoy with crackers.
