Easy Apple pie

apples
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
butter
flower
2 pie crust
makes 2 pies.
Epicure cinnamon


I always buy already made crust, we can get them by the box here with the bottoms and tops, makes it so much easier and no mess.

Use the crust and cut apples inside them until you have enough in both. Put apples in a bowl. Add the sugar and mix.




Take some butter and line the bottom of your crust, as seen in pie shell on top, then  shake some flour over that butter  like on the bottom picture.












Top off apples with Epicure Cinnamon, or Epicure Cinnamon grinder.


Add top shell and poke holes.



 Cook at 350 degree's for about 1 hour or until the pie crust is well cooked.

Let cool and serve.
