Avocado and shrimp cocktail

1 lemon
1/2 onion
1 1/2 salt
2lbs uncooked large shrimps
1/2 cup lime
2tbs olive oil
1tsp tabasco
2 avocado cut in cubes
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in cubes
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
2 tbs guacamole dip mix 

Using your multi purpose pot fill half way with water, add half a lemon's juice and put in the lemon peal, salt and half an onion, bring to a boil and cook shrimp 3-4 min until pink. Strain out juice and let cool.

In a large bowl add, all other ingredients, as well as the other half of lemon juices, mix together, cut shrimps in small pieces and add everything together mix, and serve.
