Quick Chocolate bread

2 cups flour
4 tsp Epicure baking powder
1 tsp Epicure Sea salt
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup Epicure pure cocoa
1 Egg
1 Cup milk
1/2 tsp Epicure Vanilla
3 tbs oil


                    topping : 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp milk



Mix together it will become a sticky type mixture, that's normal. 

Separate equally in the 4 epicure mini loaf pan and cook 30 min at 350 degree.

Once cooked, mix the topping and add to the top of each each, the mixture is enough for all 4 loafs.
