Epicure Jamaican Jerk Baked Yam Fries

  1 Tbs Olive oil
1 Tsp Epicure Jamaican Jerk
1 large sweet potato

Cut sweet potato in fries, in a zip lock bag add the oil,
seasoning and fries and mix well to add seasonings to all potatoes. Cook for about 20 min at 425 degree on Epicure crisper pan. 

 Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp Epicure sriracha
1/2 tsp Epicure lemon dilly
1/2 tsp Epicure Creamy ranch    

Mix together and let stand for about 10-15 min.
