Epicure Jamaican Jerk Baked Yam Fries

  1 Tbs Olive oil
1 Tsp Epicure Jamaican Jerk
1 large sweet potato

Cut sweet potato in fries, in a zip lock bag add the oil,
seasoning and fries and mix well to add seasonings to all potatoes. Cook for about 20 min at 425 degree on Epicure crisper pan. 

 Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp Epicure sriracha
1/2 tsp Epicure lemon dilly
1/2 tsp Epicure Creamy ranch    

Mix together and let stand for about 10-15 min.

Quick Chocolate bread

2 cups flour
4 tsp Epicure baking powder
1 tsp Epicure Sea salt
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup Epicure pure cocoa
1 Egg
1 Cup milk
1/2 tsp Epicure Vanilla
3 tbs oil


                    topping : 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp milk



Mix together it will become a sticky type mixture, that's normal. 

Separate equally in the 4 epicure mini loaf pan and cook 30 min at 350 degree.

Once cooked, mix the topping and add to the top of each each, the mixture is enough for all 4 loafs.

Easy egg croissant sandwich

1 - croissant
1- egg
1 tsp onion & bacon cheese ball mix
1- cheese slice
1- slice of ham
maple bacon seasalt and pepper
milk

Mix, egg, onion and bacon mix, with the salt and pepper, add a few drops of milk












Cook egg, and heat croissant in pan, add cheese, then top with egg and ham
