Deviled eggs

Eggs
Mayo
salt
pepper
Epicure CCB
Epicure Sweet and smoky
Paprika

Boil eggs 10 min. Cut in half and take yellow out and place in bowl. Mix in a bit of mayo, CCB salt and pepper mix. Use a sandwich bag add yellow yolk mixture in it, cut a piece of the corner out and then you can stuff the egg whites.  Top with Sweet and smoky as well as some smoked paprika.

Oh Canada salmon

Salmon
1tbs Epicure Oh Canada
1 tbs water
2 tbs maple syrup



Combine oh Canada water and maple syrup and spread on salmon cook at 350 for 45 to 60 min depending on sizes of salmon.

Protein bars

1 1/4 cup Quaker oats
2 tbs coconut shredded
200 ml peanut butter
2.5 scoop Epicure vanilla protein
3 1/2 tbsp crushed chocolates
100 ml honey
50 ml maple sirup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt

Want a more chocolaty take, I also add 1 scoop Cocoa Acai Smoothie Booster

mix and put in mold I put in freezer for a bit just to have it hold it's shape then pop out and put in container :-)

Super easy, kid approved even hubby approved..lol
