Carrot puree soup

1 tbs butter
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs parsley
5 cups chopped carrots 2 cups water
4 cups Epicure vegetable broth
1 tsp Epicure garden veggie dip mix
1 tsp 3 onion
1/2 cup milk
salt pepper to taste


In large pan or pot, add butter oil, onion, celery 
and garlic, let cook until tender, add all spices. 
You will then add the water and broth, carrots , 
bring to a boil, and let simmer until carrots are 
cooked. Blend everything and then add milk just mix it in with spoon. Serve :-)
