Mac and cheese kale chips

Cut up kale to have bite size pieces, they do shrink so you can leave it a bit bigger. Add to a ziplock and toss with a bit of oil, then add the mac and cheese powder and toss again until all covered.









  Put on a baking sheet, with bake an roll, or you can use the chipster, or our new tray that comes with the large steamer.

Bake in oven at 350 for about 12 min, depending on how crispy you want them.

alternative - Microwave with the chipster or tray for about 2 min.








Voila kale mac and cheese chips :-)

Pork tenderloin in Dijon sauce


2 lbs pork tenderloin
6 shallots
12 fresh mushrooms
1 cup white wine
1 cup 35% cream
4 tsp dijon mustard
Epicure herb garlic salt or plain sea salt
Epicure black pepper or tuxedo pepper
2 tbs Epicure 3 onion
2 tbs Epicure herb and garlic dip mix
Epicure All purpose seasoning
flour



 Slice tenderloin, then flour pork.
















 Fry in butter both sides, add your choice of salt and pepper.

Set aside.














Dice Onions and mushrooms.














Fry in butter, mushrooms and onions. Add seasonings, 3 onion herb and garlic, all purpose seasoning, salt and pepper to taste












Add wine and bring to a simmer, then add dijon mustard and cream, let it simmer for about 5 min, then add your pork in and keep simmering for 10-15 min.









Basmati rice in steamer, add  2 cups rice, and 3 1/2 cup water. Place in microwave for 15 min. Flush when cooked.


 Side of asperagus, add herb and galic, and garlic Aolie as well as herb garlic salt. Saute in some oil.







Place rice, add pork and sauce on top and serve with your choice of veggies. Enjoy!

Greek Pizza


naan bread 
chicken
tomatoes
spinach 
olive
Feta cheese
Parmesan
Epicure Pesto
Epicure Greek Seasoning







Cut chicken in pieces and add Greek seasoning. Cook in steamer for about 3 min mix, and cook another 2-3 min depending on microwave, and on size of cut pieces.










Prepare your pesto, I like a lot, so I did 2 recipe. put all over, then sprinkle some Parmesan on top.









                                             Cup up your chicken



Top with lots of spinach I cut it up so it's easier to place, then add your chicken.







Cut tomatoes, feta and olives and top it off.

Cook for about 30-45 min at 350 until your crust is as crispy as you want it.

Chicken wrapped Bacon

Ingredients :
4 bonless chicken breast
1 pk of Bacon
Epicure BBQ sauce
Montreal steak spice
Epicure Herb and Garlic salt
Epicure Maple bacon pepper







Wrap bacon on chicken breast, about 3 slices per chicken breast, you can stretch it out. Then cut in slices place on a baking sheet with baking mat on it.







Brush your bbq sauce on the chiken, top with Montreal chicken spice, salt and pepper







Cook at 350 degree for about 1 hour. (until chicken is well cooked)

Serve with your choice of side dish :-) Enjoy!

Easy mini quiche

Easy Mini Quiche

7 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs Epicure cheese chives and Bacon
2 tbs Epicure 3 onion
1 heaping tsp Epicure chicken broth (not prepared)
1 cup choice of meats (ham, bacon, chicken, turkey sausages)
Maple Bacon salt and pepper

Mix everything together and add to mold. Put in oven at 350 degrees.
This recipe fits perfectly in Epicure's perfect portion muffin pan, no need to oil, or butter, just add right in.



Cook for 20-25 min, they will pop right out :-)


Add some Epicure cocoa crunch to your banana's for added taste. and enjoy a fast easy breakfast freeze to have any day.
